Overview

Audra is a founding partner of Stanley, Esrey & Buckley, LLP and a key member of SEB’s Commercial Real Estate Practice.

 

With more than 15 years’ as a commercial real estate attorney, Audra represents sophisticated clients in a diverse blend of real estate transactions. Her practice includes the representation of a wide array of owners and developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of commercial property across the country.

 

Audra specializes in commercial leasing and has represented clients in more than 2,000 commercial retail, office and industrial leases throughout North America. In addition to representing clients with their leasing needs, Audra represents sellers and buyers in the disposition and acquisition of property.  This broad view of the retail market enables Audra to offer expertise and counsel to clients across the ownership life of a property.

 

Prior to starting SEB, Audra was a partner in the real estate group of a prominent regional law firm. Before practicing law, Audra taught English and Theatre at Roosevelt High School in East Los Angeles, California as an educator in the Teach For America program.

 

Audra is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia.
