With more than 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, Audra represents sophisticated clients in a diverse blend of real estate transactions.
Audra specializes in commercial leasing representing a variety of landlords and tenants, including institutional landlords, developer landlords and local, regional, and nationally recognized tenants in more than 3,000 commercial retail, office, and industrial lease transactions throughout North America.
In addition to representing clients with their leasing needs, Audra represents sellers and buyers in the disposition and acquisition of property. This broad view of the retail market enables Audra to offer expertise and counsel to clients across the ownership life of a property.
Before practicing law, Audra, an alumna of Teach For America, taught English Literature and Theater at Roosevelt High School in East Los Angeles, California.
